To quiet thoughts that create unwanted emotions - picture, imagine or feel the thoughts dropping from the mind into the center of your chest. Relax into your heart center. This is the feeling or frequency of love.
Think of something you love freely, everyone loves something – a child, an animal, nature, a car (I'm semi-joking about the car). Think of something you love and sink/breathe into that feeling. Be aware of how being in the heart center changes how your body feels, relaxes.
Feel, know or see love as a physical presence in the center of your chest. Be conscious of being not in the mind but feeling/thinking from the center of your chest.
Begin to live from the love center instead of the mind's mental chatter. When unsure of what to do, drop into heart center and view the situation from heart frequency. You will arrive at different solutions for difficulties when they are considered from the heart center instead of the monkey mind chatter.
Everything is first a thought and then physically materialized. Clear and change the thought, change the materialization.
Hypnosis, meditation and visualization are tools for how we can learn to live from the heart center. They are three similar processes which access a creative area of the sub-conscious mind where habitual reactionary patterns of thought can be rewritten.
Daydreaming is a hypnotic, meditative, visualized activity that we all participate in frequently. So you are already using the tools of change, now just use them purposefully! If you are visualizing what you desire, you can feel the sense of relaxation and peace in your body.
