One Second Relaxation Method
This might seem too simple......
But to relax in one second, here are the instructions.....
Drop your jaw.
That's it. Drop your jaw. Feel the hinge between your upper and lower jaw and drop the lower jaw down.
Your lips don't have to separate for this to happen the shift is only obvious to you.
When you release the clench of your jaws by dropping the lower jaw, you will also feel your neck and shoulders release which then releases tension in the torso. And if you follow it, it will release through your legs and feet.
